1Admission

• Admission is confirmed when the registration fee is paid and the admission form is complete.
• Course content, duration and batch timings may be updated to keep the curriculum current. We will tell you in advance.

2Fees

• Fees are payable as per the plan agreed at admission, in full or in instalments.
• A receipt is issued for every payment and is available in the student portal.

3Attendance and conduct

• Regular attendance is required to complete the course and receive the certificate.
• Students are expected to treat trainers, staff and fellow students with respect and to follow lab rules.

4Certificates

Certificates are issued after the course is completed, assessments are cleared and fees are paid in full.

5Placement assistance

We provide placement assistance — guidance, preparation and job opportunities. We do not guarantee employment; hiring decisions are made by employers.

6Student portal

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.

7Offers and coupons

Offers and coupon codes are valid only until the date shown, apply to new admissions unless stated, cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

8Using this website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into accounts, overload the site or copy its content in bulk.
• Information you send through forms must be accurate and your own, or shared with the permission of the person it belongs to.

9Intellectual property

Course material, videos, notes, the website design and the Harvard Digital Academy name and logo belong to us or our licensors. They are for your personal learning only and may not be shared, resold or published without written permission.

10Limitation of liability

We take care to keep our courses and website accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply from that date.
